At iThrive, we exist to reimagine what employment support looks like for young people.

For far too long, traditional programmes have followed the same well-worn path, often trying to force young people into roles that don't reflect their aspirations or potential. We believe there's a better way.

iThrive was founded to confront youth unemployment at its roots, not just by finding jobs, but by empowering young people to find purpose, passion, and lasting direction. We focus on aligning employment with a young person’s broader goals and identity, recognising that true progress comes when holistic opportunities are meaningful, not just available.

Youth inactivity comes with serious consequences. Young people who are not in employment, education, or training are significantly more likely to experience mental and physical health issues, social isolation, low confidence, and financial instability. These barriers don’t just appear overnight, and they can’t be solved with one-size-fits-all solutions.

We see the whole picture, and we understand that the longer a young person remains disconnected, the harder it becomes for them to re-engage. That’s why our work goes beyond job placements, we support young people to rebuild their confidence and self-belief, connect with their community, protect and nurture their physical and mental health and rediscover their potential.

We believe even the most marginalised individuals can be reignited, with the right support, the right people, and the right programme. Project iThrive exists to do just that: to help young people believe in themselves again, achieve financial independence, and pursue a future they’re genuinely excited about and in control of.

Our three directors bring over 70 years of combined professional experience and more than 120 years of lived experience. This powerful blend gives iThrive a deep and empathetic understanding of the complex challenges young people face. More importantly, they share an unwavering commitment to creating a future where no young person is left behind.
