Our mission and values

Our mission is to permanently end youth unemployment.

At the heart of iThrive is a bold, structured mission to transform the lives of young people; locally, regionally, and nationally. Our phased approach is designed to rigorously test, refine, and scale our model to deliver youth led, purposeful, meaningful and lasting impact.

Phase 1 – Proving the Delivery Concept
We begin by delivering Project iThrive in Chelmsford. This first phase is focused on demonstrating the effectiveness of our unique delivery model and establishing a strong foundation for growth.

Phase 2 – Proving the Business Model
We then expand to deliver Project iThrive simultaneously across two locations in Essex. This phase will validate the business model and operational scalability of Project iThrive in a multi-site environment.

Phase 3 – Refining Both Models
In this phase, we deliver twelve Project iThrive concurrently across four locations in Essex and London. With broader reach, we will refine both the delivery and business models, optimising for efficiency, impact, and adaptability.

Phase 4 – National Expansion
With a tried and tested proven model in place, we scale iThrive nationwide, offering young people across the UK access to our transformative programme.

Phase 5 – Shaping the Future of Education and Employment
Drawing on the insights and data captured across the first four phases, we will in collaboration with the DfE develop a fit-for-purpose national curriculum. Our goal is to align education more strategically with economic needs, helping to build a more inclusive, productive, and future-ready society.
